For many years we used a system that allowed us to just get by. Our old system was not very user friendly or easy to manage inventory. It took almost a week to do inventory and there was a lot of manual inputting that was needed.
Epass has allowed us to do inventory and reconcile it in hours by scanning. We can now receive large quantities of inventory, (with correct serial numbers and run numbers), including service parts(referencing customers).
The inventory control and ordering has made life so much easier. Not only have our turns increased, but our inventory has decreased. We have also seen a dramatic rise in margin.
